Shipping & Returns Policy Statement

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination, service level selected, and the weight and dimensions of the order.

All returns require prior written authorization from Specialty Measures Inc. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted or processed. Please contact us before sending any items back to obtain a Return Authorization and further instructions.

Import Fees & Duties Responsibility Statement

All international shipments may be subject to import fees, duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, tariffs, or any other related costs as determined by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Specialty Measures Inc. does not cover, reimburse, or assume responsibility for any such fees under any circumstances. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify applicable import costs with their local customs office prior to placing an order.

After Each Use
• Wipe any sensors, cuffs, tubing, or cables with 70% alcohol (safe for rubber & cables).
• Do not soak parts.
• Let dry fully.

Handling
• Don’t pull, kink, or crush tubing or cables.
• Keep liquids away from connectors.

Storage
• Store clean, dry, and out of heat/sun.
